Working Site Manager

Salary negotiable depending on experience;

The successful applicant will have an understanding of hard landscape construction, be self motivated and able to organise materials, labour and resources for several projects at once.

Projects range from small domestic fountain installations to large commercial construction projects, where the candidate would be part of a substantial team, working alongside and overseeing a range of sub contractors and in-house staff.

He (or she) will also be prepared to undertake a range of manual tasks including pipe fitting, lining works, filter installations, rock work and a range of other duties. All relevant training will be provided.

Project locations are primarily in the south east and the home counties, although some may be further a field.

A driving license is essential and other qualifications that would be an advantage include; computer software such as office suite, CAD/Vector Works, any plant operator license or experience, plumbing or pipe fitting, hard landscape skills, project and site management.
