Maintenance
All installations undertaken by Fairwater Limited are covered
by our lifetime maintenance service. We do not believe in
costly monthly contracts but offer same week response should there
be a problem.
Where appropriate the work will be completed under the relevant
guarantees. If preferred, we have a maintenance register and
will contact you regularly to arrange maintenance visits as required.
In addition to carrying out general work as outlined in our maintenance
schedule, provided upon completion of every installation, we will
also carry out any work requested by the client and offer advice
where appropriate.
Our maintenance team will check and clean out pumps, filters
and any other associated equipment to help ensure continued reliability.
Formal features will be drained down and cleaned before being refilled
and adjusted. Silt levels in ponds and lakes are monitored,
fish stocks are checked and advice given on numbers, we also remove
surplus weed growth and cut back marginal planting as needed.
We can also supply a full range of consumables from stock
including replacement ultra violet tubes, pond chemicals and additives.
Fairwater Limited is happy to maintain any water feature whether
or not we built it.
