Mail order of Plants

Payment:

This must be made by cheque or credit card, prior to dispatch.  We accept the following credit cards:

Ordering:

Plants can be ordered from our list of marginal and water plants or by telephone if you prefer.

Cost of carriage:

Up to 5kg in weight:  £10
Each additional kg:  £0.85

Weight will depend on the species of plant ordered.
Orders in excess of £50 will be delivered free of charge.

Mail order:

All plants are supplied subject to availability.  We will confirm all orders prior to dispatch.

Payment:

Once your order has been confirmed we will contact you to arrange payment by cheque or credit card.

Guarantees:

All our plants are grown at our own nursery in West Sussex. We make every effort to correctly name our plants and ensure they are only sent in a healthy condition. We cannot be held responsible for replacing plants lost due to poor cultivation, inclement weather conditions or incorrect cultivation.However, complaints about any plant purchased from us, should be sent in writing within 10 days of delivery. Liability for all plants is limited to the purchase price of the plant. Purchase of our plant signifies acceptance of these terms.
